Due to the small team size of the brand, it was crucial to provide the founders with a high-level view of the health of different parts of their business. To achieve this, I used data visualization software and raw data from social platforms and Shopify to create customer segmentation profiles, product sell-through analysis, and various repeatable reports that provide real-time information on the company's health and insights to help shape future decision-making. Ultimately, this information helped the founders make an informed decision to open their second retail location in New York City.
I spearheaded Eckhaus Latta's applications for both the LVMH Prize and the ANDAM Fashion Award. Both applications were successful, and Eckhaus Latta was named a finalist for both prizes. They presented their collection to a panel of judges in Paris.
Building upon the success of their brand, the founders sought venture investment to help scale their operations and expand into new categories. I worked with the founders to prepare the company for venture investment, including financial modeling, deck construction, and growth projections.
